FX Series 40W–150W Integrated Solar Street Light with 0–90° Adjustable Bracket
The FX Series is designed for road projects where the solar panel direction and lighting direction cannot always follow one fixed mounting position. Its 0–90° adjustable bracket supports vertical pole-top and horizontal-arm installation, allowing the solar panel angle and luminaire direction to be matched with the road layout and available sunlight. The final bracket position should still be checked against local sun conditions, shading, mounting geometry and the selected lighting layout.
The range covers 40W–150W models with 7,200–33,000 lm output and 180–220 lm/W lighting efficiency. Monocrystalline solar panels up to 170W are matched with the selected model, while the published mounting-height reference is 6–12 m. The aluminum housing is rated IP66/IK09 and helps protect the LED, controller and internal components in outdoor road-lighting installations.
Automatic ON/OFF, time dimming and optional motion-sensor control allow the working programme to be selected according to traffic conditions and required lighting hours. For municipal roads, industrial areas and EPC projects, the final model should be confirmed from road width, pole layout, target lux, local solar conditions and rainy-day autonomy requirements. Standard 3-year and optional 5-year warranty configurations are available.

The project references cover FX configurations from 40W to 150W, mounting heights from 6m to 12m, and both vertical pole-top and horizontal-arm installations. These examples span multiple sites; the final model, bracket angle, pole spacing and operating programme should be checked against the actual road layout, local solar conditions and required lighting result.
For EPC and municipal projects, model schedules, packing labels, installation guides and loading records can be organized by road section or installation area. The IES file and DIALux layout should match the selected model and final project configuration.
Integrated Solar Street Light FX Series with Adjustable Bracket Production Process
FX Series production begins with a model-specific configuration check for each approved 40W–150W order. The LED module, 12.8V battery pack, 60W–170W solar panel, controller, control box and 0–90° adjustable bracket are matched with the confirmed specification before assembly.
| Production Stage | Work and Checks | Project Value |
|---|---|---|
| Component matching | The aluminum housing, solar-panel frame, bracket, screw positions and component dimensions are checked for correct fit. | Helps prevent a configuration or mounting-part mismatch before assembly. |
| Internal assembly | The LED module, battery, controller, wiring harness and waterproof connectors are installed in sequence. Cable routing, polarity, connector locking and insulation are checked before the housing is closed. | Keeps the internal layout clear for later fault identification and service work. |
| Functional verification | According to the inspection plan, solar charging, automatic lighting, time dimming, remote-control response, battery indication and any selected motion-sensor function are checked. The bracket is also operated through its adjustment range to confirm smooth movement and secure locking. | Confirms that the approved operating programme and installation structure work together. |
| Optical and final release | Sample units undergo integrating-sphere verification for lumen output, color temperature and lighting efficiency. Final inspection covers appearance, component installation, labels, accessories and packing information. | Helps align the shipped product with the approved model schedule and project documents. |
The separate control box keeps the control system and wiring more accessible for future maintenance. This is particularly useful for overseas EPC projects where local teams may need to replace an agreed service part rather than return the complete luminaire.
Integrated Solar Street Light FX Series with Adjustable Bracket Overview & Details
The FX Series brings the solar panel, LED lighting section, battery, controller and mounting parts together in one aluminum body. Inside, the main components are arranged as clear service sections, so technicians do not need to treat the light as one inaccessible unit.
The reinforced aluminum frame supports both the solar panel and the lamp body. The aluminum housing also works as a heat-dissipation structure for the LED section during nightly operation. A pole sleeve connects the complete light directly to the adjustable bracket, reducing exposed wiring and the need for separate external boxes around the installation point.
For future maintenance, the battery and control system are designed as matching replaceable modules. Technicians can open the service section, disconnect the corresponding connectors and replace only the required part instead of dismantling or returning the complete light. The replacement module should match the confirmed FX model, battery configuration, controller programme and connector arrangement. This keeps the wiring organized, makes faults easier to identify and is more practical for overseas projects where local teams may have limited tools and technical support.
Integrated Solar Street Light FX Series with Adjustable Bracket Packaging & Delivery
Before dispatch
FX Series orders are packed according to the confirmed model schedule and project delivery plan. Before packing, the lamp body, adjustable bracket, control box, battery pack, mounting accessories and order documents are checked against the approved configuration and quantities.
Carton count varies by model. According to the current datasheet, FX-40W, FX-50W and FX-60W are packed as one lamp per carton. FX-80W, FX-100W and FX-120W are packed in two cartons per set: one for the lamp and one for the battery pack. For configurations not listed in the datasheet packing table, the carton count is confirmed before dispatch and shown on the packing list.
For site identification
When an order includes multiple FX configurations, cartons can be marked with the model, wattage, quantity, destination, road section or installation area. For municipal and EPC deliveries, products can also be grouped by road name, project section or installation phase. This makes it easier for local teams to check the lamp and battery-pack cartons against the packing list when the shipment arrives.
For handover and maintenance
Replacement control boxes and agreed spare parts can be packed separately and labeled for local maintenance teams. Packing lists, loading photos and shipment records can be prepared before dispatch. The loading sequence can follow the customer’s unloading or installation plan, making products for the first work area easier to locate.
For battery-containing shipments, packaging, labels and transport documents are confirmed according to the destination, shipping method and applicable route requirements. Clear carton labels and an order-based loading plan help reduce model mix-ups, missing items and time spent sorting products on site.
FAQ of Integrated Solar Street Light FX Series with Adjustable Bracket
The FX Series is normally supplied in a silver-grey housing finish. White, black or other RAL colors can be reviewed when the required color code, order quantity and final configuration are confirmed. The available color temperature range is 2700 K to 6500 K, with CRI above 70.
For residential streets, hospitality areas or locations where a softer visual atmosphere is preferred, 2700 K to 3000 K can be considered. Around 4000 K may suit projects that require a neutral road-lighting appearance, while 5000 K to 6500 K can be selected when the project specification calls for a cooler visual impression. The final CCT should match the road category, surrounding environment, local lighting requirements and lighting layout; a higher Kelvin value does not by itself increase the published lumen output of the same FX model.
The FX Series uses a 0–90° adjustable bracket for vertical pole-top and horizontal-arm installation. It allows installers to position the solar panel and luminaire more appropriately for the available sunlight and required lighting direction, rather than applying one fixed angle to every road.
The published FX mounting interface is designed for pole-top diameters of φ70–φ76 mm. The final bracket position should be checked against the local sun path, seasonal shading, road orientation, mounting geometry and wind-load requirements. This adjustment improves installation flexibility, but it does not replace a project-specific lighting layout or solar-energy check.
Yes. The FX Series can be configured for automatic dusk-to-dawn operation, time dimming and optional motion-sensor control. A wireless remote controller with a working range of up to 30 m can select four lighting modes and manage multiple lamps locally.
For roads with continuous night traffic, such as main roads or busy municipal routes, a fixed time-dimming programme can be selected. In this case, the sensor can be omitted when the project requires a stable and predictable lighting schedule.
For community roads, pedestrian routes or lower-traffic areas, the optional motion-sensor function can be considered together with time dimming. The published sensor reference is 160° sensing with a detection distance of more than 9 m, but its use should match the actual road layout and traffic pattern.
Before production, please confirm the required lighting hours, dimming stages, sensor requirement, local solar radiation and rainy-day autonomy target. These inputs help match the controller programme with the selected solar panel and battery configuration instead of applying one fixed mode to every project. If the site also requires 4G/WiFi video monitoring, compare the FXC Series integrated solar street light with PTZ CCTV camera; the motion sensor on the standard FX Series controls lighting only and should not be treated as a surveillance function.
Use these figures as preliminary references for project planning. The final layout should be checked against the road width, pole arrangement, target illuminance and uniformity.
| FX Model | Lumen Output | Recommended Mounting Height | Recommended Pole Spacing |
|---|---|---|---|
| FX-40W | 7,200–8,800 lm | 6–7 m | 20–25 m |
| FX-60W | 10,800–13,200 lm | 6–8 m | 20–25 m |
| FX-80W | 14,400–17,600 lm | 8–9 m | 25–30 m |
| FX-100W | 18,000–22,000 lm | 9–11 m | 30–35 m |
| FX-120W | 21,600–26,400 lm | 10–12 m | 35–40 m |
| FX-150W | 27,000–33,000 lm | 10–12 m | 35–40 m |
FX-50W can be configured for a specific project. Confirm its output, mounting height and pole spacing against the selected configuration and lighting layout rather than estimating them between the 40W and 60W models.
These figures are starting points, not a substitute for a project lighting design. Road width, lane count, pole position, optical distribution, target lux and uniformity, and operating schedule can all affect the final spacing. A higher wattage does not automatically mean that poles can be placed farther apart.
For a project recommendation, provide the road width, pole layout, mounting height, required lighting standard, operating schedule and project location. The selected FX configuration and pole spacing can then be checked against the applicable IES file and DIALux layout. If the lighting calculation calls for a higher-output option, compare the NM Series 40W–400W high-power integrated solar street light.
The FX Series supports component-level maintenance through its replaceable control box and battery pack. After identifying the fault, a trained local technician can replace the affected module without returning the complete luminaire. The replacement part must match the confirmed FX model, battery configuration, controller programme and connector arrangement.
For faster support, send the FX model and wattage, a photo of the product label, the fault-indicator status, connector photos and a short video of the operating condition.
For project orders, agreed spare parts, wiring diagrams, installation manuals and replacement guidance can be prepared with the shipment. After replacement, check solar charging, automatic ON/OFF, dimming response and any selected sensor function before returning the lamp to service.
The FX Series can be designed to support all-night lighting during cloudy or rainy periods when the solar panel, battery capacity and lighting programme are correctly matched. The published reference is approximately 5–7 consecutive cloudy or rainy days, but this is not a promise that every model will operate at 100% brightness throughout every night under all weather conditions.
For example, the published FX-60W configuration uses a 12.8 V × 30 Ah battery:
12.8 V × 30 Ah = 384 Wh nominal energy
384 Wh ÷ 60 W = 6.4 hours before conversion losses and energy reserve
This shows why the multi-day reference depends on the confirmed time-dimming or optional sensor programme, rather than continuous 60W operation throughout the night.
Before selecting the final configuration, confirm the project location, nightly lighting hours, required brightness schedule, expected rainy period, shading, panel cleanliness and local solar conditions. If the cloudy season is longer or the lighting programme is more demanding, the solar-panel and battery margin should be recalculated before order confirmation.
