Integrated Solar Street Light 4G WiFi PTZ CCTV Camera FNC Series 50W–250W Project & Application Cases
FNC application planning starts with camera coverage, network availability and lighting requirements rather than lamp wattage alone. The following are application references for preliminary selection and should not be presented as completed Sungreat Energy project claims.
Community Roads and Residential Perimeters
FNC 50W and 100W models are listed for recommended 3–4m mounting heights and preliminary 10–15m lighting spacing. The 2MP PTZ camera supports 360° remote rotation, night vision and live viewing through mobile or PC. WiFi is suitable where a stable site network reaches every pole, while 4G requires compatible local coverage, frequency bands, SIM cards and data plans.
Warehouses, Industrial Yards and Remote Entrances
FNC 150W–250W models are listed for recommended 4–6m mounting heights and preliminary 15–25m lighting spacing. These configurations can be evaluated for warehouse perimeters, industrial yards, farm entrances, construction access roads and similar off-grid security applications in East Africa, the Middle East and Southeast Asia.
500m Perimeter Planning Example
Using a preliminary lighting spacing of 20m, a 500m one-side perimeter has 25 intervals and may require approximately 26 poles when both endpoints are included. This calculation only estimates lighting quantity. Camera locations must be checked separately for viewing direction, corners, gates, walls, trees, blind spots and the required level of image detail.
Before final selection, confirm the project location, road or perimeter dimensions, target illumination, operating schedule, camera viewing requirement, network coverage, SIM cost, recording duration and local solar conditions. Pole spacing that meets the lighting requirement does not automatically provide complete camera coverage.
Integrated Solar Street Light 4G WiFi PTZ CCTV Camera FNC Series 50W–250W Production Process
Production starts with the approved FNC order configuration rather than a generic lamp assembly. Sungreat Energy matches the selected 50W, 100W, 150W, 200W or 250W lighting model with the corresponding solar panel, LiFePO₄ battery, MPPT controller and 2MP PTZ camera configuration.
Before assembly, the LED module, solar panel, battery, controller, PTZ camera, antenna, aluminium housing and required accessories are checked against the approved order. Particular attention is given to the 4G or WiFi version because an incorrect communication version may prevent remote access after installation.
During whole-system checking, the inspection items cover solar charging response, LED operation, Auto ON/OFF, time dimming, motion sensing, PTZ rotation, night vision, 4G or WiFi connection, mobile or PC viewing and local recording. The finished units are then checked against the approved model, network version, labels, accessories and order quantity before packing.
If an EPC tender requires a defined aging duration, 4G signal record, battery SOC report, waterproof test document, inspection sampling level or customized labels, these requirements should be confirmed before production approval. They should not be assumed from general catalogue information.
Integrated Solar Street Light 4G WiFi PTZ CCTV Camera FNC Series 50W–250W Overview & Details
he Sungreat Energy FNC Series combines remote PTZ surveillance and solar road lighting in one integrated pole-mounted lamp. The following details connect the current configuration range with the checks EPC contractors should complete before ordering.
| System Area | Current FNC Configuration | Buyer Check |
|---|---|---|
| PTZ Camera | 2MP camera, 360° remote rotation, night vision and 24-hour working mode | Confirm viewing direction, required image detail, blind spots and monitoring schedule |
| Network Access | 4G or WiFi connection with mobile and PC viewing | Check local carrier bands, signal strength, SIM data cost or WiFi coverage |
| LED Lighting | Five 50W–250W models with listed outputs of 9,000–55,000 lm and 180–220 lm/W | Confirm road width, target lux, uniformity and nightly dimming schedule |
| Solar System | 6V 16W–42W solar panels, 3.2V 11.25Ah–35Ah LiFePO₄ batteries and MPPT control | Complete an energy calculation using local sunlight and actual lighting hours |
| Lighting Control | Auto ON/OFF, time dimming and motion sensing | Approve the operating program before production |
| Installation | Recommended 3–6m mounting, 10–25m preliminary spacing and Φ70–76mm pole interface | Verify pole position, foundation, wind load and final IES or DIALux layout |
| Video Recording | Local memory-card recording is available | Confirm storage capacity, resolution, recording mode and required retention time |
The camera and lighting layouts should be checked separately. Pole spacing that satisfies the required road illumination does not automatically guarantee complete surveillance coverage, image recognition or the removal of camera blind spots.
Integrated Solar Street Light 4G WiFi PTZ CCTV Camera FNC Series 50W–250W Packaging & Delivery
Unlike a standard solar street light, the FNC Series includes a PTZ camera, lens and communication components that require additional attention during transport. The units are protected with custom-molded shockproof foam and reinforced export cartons, with cushioning focused on the camera lens and solar panel.
Delivery accuracy is also important because the 4G and WiFi versions serve different network conditions. Before packing, the approved order should clearly identify the FNC model, wattage, communication version, quantity and required camera accessories. For mixed orders, buyers should request that the network version is shown on both the carton label and packing list to reduce sorting errors after arrival.
Before shipment, the buyer should confirm whether the order includes the required antenna, mounting parts and memory card, together with the correct mobile or PC access information. For 4G projects, local carrier bands, SIM availability and data plans must be checked before installation. WiFi projects require stable network coverage at the final pole positions.
After arrival, installers should inspect the carton, camera lens, antenna and solar surface before installation. PTZ movement, remote live viewing, night vision and LED operation should be verified before units are distributed across the project site. The product should be handled by its aluminium housing and never lifted by the camera or antenna.
FAQ of Integrated Solar Street Light 4G WiFi PTZ CCTV Camera FNC Series 50W–250W
The Sungreat Energy FNC Series can connect through 4G when WiFi or wired network access is unavailable. However, no WiFi does not mean no network cost. The 4G configuration requires compatible LTE bands, an activated SIM card, correct APN settings, a local data plan and stable signal coverage. For a 20-pole project, test the signal at all 20 planned positions and, where possible, near the proposed 3-6m installation height. A single phone test at the site entrance is not sufficient. WiFi is more suitable where a managed network already reaches the poles, while 4G is generally more practical for farms, warehouse perimeters, construction sites and remote roads. Confirm the local carrier and supported frequency bands before approving the order.
The 2MP camera provides approximately 1920 x 1080 resolution and supports night vision, but resolution alone cannot determine identification distance. Lens focal length, field of view, mounting height, camera angle, target speed, available light, focus and video compression all affect the final image. The 360-degree PTZ function allows an operator to change the viewing direction; it does not record the entire 360-degree area simultaneously. If the project requires facial identification at 10m or vehicle-plate detail at 15m, the buyer should request test footage or a DORI-based camera layout using the proposed installation height. The requirement should be defined by the necessary image detail, not only by the 2MP label.
Not necessarily. The FNC technical information specifies 24-hour camera operation, but continuous, scheduled and event-based recording are different operating modes and must be confirmed separately.
At a 1Mbps recording bitrate:
1Mbps × 86,400 seconds ÷ 8 = approximately 10.8GB per day
Seven days would require approximately 75.6GB, while 30 days would require about 324GB before reserved capacity and recording overhead are considered. A lower bitrate or event-based recording can extend retention, but may reduce recorded detail or omit periods without triggered events. The approved order should state the recording mode, memory-card capacity, overwrite method, playback method and whether footage is stored locally or transmitted remotely.
Backup duration should be treated as an energy calculation rather than a fixed number of days. Camera operating mode, LED dimming schedule, battery usable energy, local temperature, solar radiation and system losses all affect the result.
For calculation purposes only, suppose an approved FNC sample records an average camera consumption of 3W:
3W × 24 hours = 72Wh per day
Three low-sun days would require 216Wh for the camera before LED lighting demand and system losses are added. This example is not an FNC power specification; it shows why camera consumption and lighting consumption must be calculated separately. Sungreat Energy should confirm the measured operating profile, selected battery configuration, local peak-sun-hours and required backup period before the project model is approved.
The current preliminary spacing is 10-15m for the 50W and 100W configurations and 15-25m for the 150W, 200W and 250W configurations.
Using 20m spacing as an initial estimate:
500m ÷ 20m = 25 intervals
A one-side layout would require approximately 26 poles when both endpoints are included. At 10m spacing, the same route could require about 51 poles; at 25m spacing, approximately 21 poles.
These figures are preliminary lighting estimates. Road width, pole arrangement, curves, gates, intersections, target lux and uniformity still require an IES or DIALux calculation. Camera positions should be planned separately because PTZ rotation cannot see through buildings, trees or other obstructions. Entrances and high-risk areas may require additional fixed viewing positions.
For a proposed 100-unit project, a practical approach is to test 1-3 approved sample units at the actual site before full installation. The pilot test should verify local 4G or WiFi connection, mobile and PC access, PTZ response, nighttime footage at the required distance, recording and overwrite behavior, LED operating schedule and daytime solar charging.
A 48-72 hour pilot can identify basic setup problems, but it is not a substitute for the required cloudy-weather or seasonal energy assessment. After installation, inspect the panel, camera lens, antenna, fasteners and seals following severe sandstorms or heavy rain. SIM status, data balance, memory-card recording and remote access should also be included in the maintenance record. The final acceptance checklist should match the approved camera mode, lighting program and project communication requirements.
