Integrated Solar Street Light 4G WiFi PTZ CCTV Camera FXC Series 40W–150W Video
Integrated Solar Street Light 4G WiFi PTZ CCTV Camera FXC Series 40W–150W Project & Application Cases
The FXC Series is suitable for municipal roads, residential communities, parking areas, construction sites, industrial parks, farms, warehouses and remote security locations where lighting and video monitoring are required without grid power or additional network cabling. The adjustable bracket allows the solar panel and lighting direction to be adapted to different site conditions, while the remote control makes it easier to adjust brightness, operating time and lighting modes after installation.
WiFi versions are suitable for sites with an existing wireless network, while 4G versions support remote monitoring in areas with compatible mobile coverage. For installations in Nigeria, Kenya, Saudi Arabia, the Philippines and other hot, rainy or off-grid markets, the LED power, solar panel, LiFePO₄ battery, camera connection, storage capacity and working program can be configured according to local sunlight, network conditions and required monitoring time.
Sungreat Energy’s wider project portfolio includes the deployment of 500 integrated solar CCTV systems across multiple sites in Nigeria, 300 solar street lights installed on 5-meter poles for urban roads in Oman, and high-output solar street lights installed at heights of 8–10 meters at a Saudi Aramco facility in KSA. These projects demonstrate our ability to match lighting power, installation height, solar generation, battery storage and communication functions to different road, industrial and security applications.

Integrated Solar Street Light 4G WiFi PTZ CCTV Camera FXC Series 40W–150W Production Process
Each FXC order is produced according to a model-specific configuration sheet. Before assembly, the approved LED power, solar panel, LiFePO₄ battery, MPPT controller, 2MP PTZ camera, 4G or WiFi module, adjustable bracket, remote-control program and product label are checked to ensure that every 40W–150W model matches the confirmed order.
During assembly, the lighting power cables and camera signal cables are routed and secured separately, while the LED module, battery, controller, antenna, camera lens and adjustable bracket are fixed and sealed inside the aluminum structure. The finished unit is then tested for solar charging, LED lighting, PIR or microwave motion-sensor operation, remote-control settings, PTZ movement, night vision, video recording and 4G/WiFi remote viewing before final inspection and packaging.

FAQ of Integrated Solar Street Light 4G WiFi PTZ CCTV Camera FXC Series 40W–150W
The FXC 4G camera can operate in remote areas where a compatible mobile network is available. However, weak or unstable signal may reduce live-view quality, delay PTZ control or cause temporary disconnection. Rural locations generally have lower and less consistent mobile signal than urban areas, so network coverage should be checked before installation.
For reliable operation, we recommend testing the SIM card at the installation site, confirming the local operator’s LTE frequency bands and selecting the network with the strongest coverage. The antenna should be positioned away from nearby metal structures and other obstructions that may weaken the mobile signal. Where a stable wireless network is already available, the WiFi version may be a better option.
If the mobile network is temporarily interrupted, the configured MicroSD card can continue storing video locally, while remote live viewing and PTZ control resume after the connection is restored. The FXC Series supports 4G or WiFi connectivity, mobile and PC monitoring, and 32GB–128GB local storage options.
Yes. The integrated 2MP 1080P PTZ camera supports full-color night monitoring, while the LED street light provides additional illumination for roads, entrances, parking areas, construction sites and other outdoor locations. Users can view the scene remotely, rotate the camera and review locally recorded footage through the configured monitoring system.
However, clear scene monitoring and detailed identification are not exactly the same. The ability to recognize a face, vehicle or license plate depends on the camera distance, mounting height, viewing angle, vehicle speed, weather conditions and selected lighting brightness. A camera may provide a clear overview of a large area while small or fast-moving objects remain difficult to identify.
For security projects requiring detailed identification, please provide the pole height, target monitoring distance and area layout before ordering. Sungreat Energy can help confirm the camera direction, lighting configuration and recording requirements, and provide day-and-night test videos for evaluation before shipment.
Yes, when the solar panel, LiFePO₄ battery, MPPT controller, LED power and camera load are correctly matched. The FXC Series is designed to operate the street light and 2MP PTZ camera from one solar power system. The camera and LED light must use correctly sized wiring and a battery configuration capable of supporting both loads.
To reduce voltage drop and signal disturbance, the lighting power cables and camera wiring are routed and secured separately inside the luminaire. During production, each complete unit is tested under full LED brightness while checking:
- live video stability
- PTZ rotation
- night vision
- local recording
- 4G or WiFi connection
- camera restart and video-flicker checks
For projects requiring the camera to operate continuously, the battery and solar panel should be selected according to both the 24-hour camera consumption and the nighttime lighting program. A lower lighting level or time-dimming mode may be recommended during long cloudy periods so that monitoring can continue without unnecessary battery depletion. The FXC range currently uses model-matched 60W–170W solar panels, 12.8V 15Ah–75Ah LiFePO₄ batteries and MPPT control across its 40W–150W configurations.
The FXC Series is designed with a model-matched LiFePO₄ battery, solar panel and MPPT controller to support approximately 5–7 cloudy or rainy days. The camera can continue operating 24 hours a day while the LED light follows the programmed nighttime schedule.
Actual backup time depends on the selected wattage, battery capacity, recording mode, lighting brightness and available solar charging. During extended low-sunlight periods, time-dimming can reduce LED energy consumption and reserve more battery power for continuous monitoring.
For security-critical projects, the camera load and lighting schedule should be calculated together—not selected by LED wattage alone.
Mobile data is mainly used for live viewing, remote playback, PTZ control and app notifications. Video stored locally on the MicroSD card does not normally require continuous 4G transmission.
For planning, a 1080P video stream may use approximately 0.45–1.3GB per hour, depending on the bitrate, frame rate and image quality. Hikvision recommends roughly 1–2Mbps for many 1080P H.265 applications, while Reolink reports about 1.3GB for one hour of live viewing at 3Mbps.
| Usage Scenario / Country | Data or Cost Reference |
|---|---|
| 5 minutes remote viewing per day | Approximately 1–3GB per month |
| 10 minutes remote viewing per day | Approximately 2–7GB per month |
| 30 minutes remote viewing per day | Approximately 7–20GB per month |
| 1 hour remote viewing per day | Approximately 14–39GB per month |
| Saudi Arabia | Around 35GB for SAR115 |
| Kenya | Around 10GB for KES1,000 or 25GB for KES2,000 |
| Nigeria | Around 10GB for ₦4,500 or 20GB for ₦7,500 |
| Philippines | Around 24GB for ₱499 |
For most projects using MicroSD local recording and occasional remote viewing, a 10–20GB monthly data plan is a practical starting point. Data prices vary by operator and may change over time.
The FXC Series uses an IP66 outdoor enclosure to protect the LED module, camera, controller and battery against dust and heavy rain. Its aluminum housing provides heat dissipation and IK09 impact resistance, with an operating temperature range of approximately −25°C to +65°C.
However, IP66 does not mean the product can be submerged in water. The pole connection, antenna, camera lens, seals and mounting bolts should be checked during installation, while proper grounding and surge protection are recommended in lightning-prone areas.
For coastal, desert or high-temperature projects, additional anti-corrosion treatment and project-specific battery configuration can be provided according to the local environment.
