TX Series 200W–1200W Stadium Lighting with 15°–120° Optics
Choosing stadium lights by wattage alone can still create hot spots, dark zones, excessive glare and unnecessary fixture quantities. Sungreat Energy TX Series covers 200W, 400W, 600W, 800W, 1000W and 1200W configurations, with 15°, 30°, 45°, 60°, 90° and 120° optics for different pole positions, aiming distances and field zones. Narrow, medium and wide beams should be combined through an approved photometric layout rather than treated as automatic guarantees of uniformity.
IES files and DIALux simulation help EPC teams compare fixture quantity, horizontal and vertical illuminance, uniformity, glare risk and spill light before procurement. The integrated laser sight supports more controlled on-site aiming, while separated thermal and driver sections help manage heat and provide clearer component access. IP66 protection and AC90–270V input support outdoor installation conditions. For accurate selection, provide field dimensions, pole heights and locations, target lux, uniformity ratio, competition or broadcast level, camera positions and nearby residential boundaries.

LED Stadium Light Lumileds 3030 High Efficiency TX Series 200W–1200W Project & Application Cases
The TX Series can be evaluated for school courts, municipal sports facilities, football training fields, stadiums, running tracks, parking areas and industrial yards. For school and community courts using 4–8m poles, the 200W model provides a practical starting point, with a recommended reference pole spacing of 15–25m. For larger training fields and multi-sport areas, 400W, 600W or 800W models can be considered for 4–10m mounting heights and 15–30m pole spacing.
For stadiums, municipal football fields and other long-throw applications, the 1000W and 1200W models are designed for reference mounting heights of 11–20m, with recommended pole spacing of 30–50m. Six beam-angle options—15°, 30°, 45°, 60°, 90° and 120°—allow narrow, medium and wide distributions to be combined according to the distance between each pole and the target area.
These configurations are suitable for reference projects in the Middle East, East Africa, Southeast Asia and other outdoor markets. However, they should not be treated as fixed layouts or completed TX Series project claims. Final fixture quantity, wattage, beam combination and aiming angle must be verified against field dimensions, pole coordinates, target illuminance, uniformity, glare, spill light and camera requirements. IES files and DIALux simulation can be provided to support EPC design review before ordering and installation.
LED Stadium Light Lumileds 3030 High Efficiency TX Series 200W–1200W Production Process
Production begins with order-specific configuration control. The approved TX model—200W, 400W, 600W, 800W, 1000W or 1200W—is matched with the required input voltage, driver, LED board, beam angle, CCT and accessories before assembly. This helps prevent mixed specifications across bulk EPC orders.
During assembly, the ADC12 die-cast aluminum housing, high-thermal-conductivity aluminum PCB, rear-mounted driver and separated thermal/electrical structure are integrated. Waterproof silicone, cable entries, lens positioning, module fasteners and adjustable bracket movement are checked because incorrect sealing or optical orientation can lead to water ingress, uneven distribution or onsite rework.
Functional verification covers startup, LED module operation, driver wiring, selected optics and aiming hardware. Before packing, the model, wattage, voltage, beam angle, quantity, carton mark and ordered accessories are checked against the purchase order. Aging, thermal and photometric tests can be arranged under an approved inspection plan; test duration, sample size and acceptance criteria should be confirmed for each order. This process reduces configuration errors, installation delays and costly maintenance at elevated positions.
LED Stadium Light Lumileds 3030 High Efficiency TX Series 200W–1200W Overview & Details
The TX Series is a modular LED sports and large-area lighting platform with 200W, 400W, 600W, 800W, 1000W and 1200W configurations. The range supports AC90–270V input, PF above 0.95, customized 2700K–6500K CCT, CRI ≥80, IP66 protection and six beam angles from 15° to 120°.
Model selection should follow the complete installation geometry. The 200W model has a reference mounting height of 4–8m; 400W–800W models are listed for 4–10m; and 1000W–1200W models for 11–20m. These heights are starting references, not guaranteed lighting layouts. Narrow, medium and wide optics can be combined to address different throw distances and coverage zones.
The rear-mounted driver, separated thermal and electrical structure, ADC12 aluminum housing and modular light-source arrangement support heat dissipation and service access. A laser sight assists onsite aiming. For EPC review, fixture quantity and optical configuration should be validated through project-specific IES and DIALux calculations using field dimensions, pole coordinates, target illuminance, uniformity, glare and spill-light limits.
LED Stadium Light Lumileds 3030 High Efficiency TX Series 200W–1200W Packaging & Delivery
Because TX fixtures vary from single-module 200W versions to dual-row 1200W assemblies, packaging is planned around the final model mix rather than one universal carton. Internal protection separates the optical faces, rear driver housings, laser sight areas and bracket edges so metal parts cannot press against the lenses during stacking and long-distance handling.
Before sealing, the model, wattage, beam angle, driver option, accessories and quantity are matched with carton labels and the packing list. Mixed wattages or optical configurations can be marked by installation zone, helping EPC teams reduce sorting errors at the project site.
Palletization or wooden reinforcement is selected according to fixture size, quantity, route and unloading method. Packing photos or videos, carton dimensions, gross weight, CBM and a loading plan can be confirmed before dispatch. Container quantity and delivery time are quoted only after the model combination, packing method, destination port, carrier and customs conditions are known.
FAQ of TX LED Stadium Light with Lumileds 3030 LEDs for Sports Fields
Choose the model from the installation geometry and lighting target, not wattage alone. As an initial TX reference, 200W is listed for 4–8m mounting heights; 400W, 600W and 800W for 4–10m; and 1000W or 1200W for 11–20m. A small community court may therefore start with 200W–400W options, while a larger field with longer projection distances may require 800W–1200W fixtures.
Pole setback, spacing, fixture quantity, beam angle and target lux can change the result substantially. If the existing poles exceed 20m, do not automatically select 1200W. Send the field dimensions, pole coordinates and required lighting level for an IES/DIALux check before confirming the model.
The TX Series offers 15°, 30°, 45°, 60°, 90° and 120° optics. As a preliminary rule, 15°–30° beams can be evaluated for longer projection distances, 45°–60° for medium-distance or supplementary coverage, and 90°–120° for areas closer to the mounting point.
Most sports fields should not use one beam angle everywhere because each luminaire position has a different throw distance. A beam that is too narrow may create bright spots and player glare; one that is too wide may reduce far-side illuminance and increase spill light. Final optics and aiming angles should be confirmed using the corresponding IES files, pole locations, field boundaries, target uniformity and glare requirements.
A preliminary quantity can be estimated with:
Fixtures ≈ Target illuminance × Area ÷ Fixture lumens ÷ Utilization coefficient ÷ Maintenance factor
For example, assume a 105m × 68m field, a project target of 200 lx, a 1000W TX configuration calculated at a reference efficacy of 150 lm/W, a utilization coefficient of 0.50 and a maintenance factor of 0.80:
200 × 7,140 ÷ 150,000 ÷ 0.50 ÷ 0.80 ≈ 23.8 fixtures
The preliminary result is approximately 24 × 1000W fixtures. This is a theoretical reference, not a guaranteed layout. It does not confirm uniformity, glare, vertical illuminance, mast loading or camera performance. Actual lumen output must also be confirmed for the ordered LED and driver configuration before completing the DIALux design.
The 1000W and 1200W TX models are listed for reference mounting heights of 11–20m, so they can be considered for medium high-mast sports and area-lighting projects. However, a retrofit cannot be approved from wattage and mounting height alone.
The EPC team should verify the existing pole and foundation capacity, crossarm dimensions, bracket interface, fixture weight and wind-exposed area, cable size, breaker capacity, grounding and required surge protection. AC90–270V input supports a wide voltage range, but the actual site voltage and grid stability still require confirmation. The laser sight can assist during aiming, while final alignment should be checked against the approved aiming schedule and onsite lighting measurements.
Energy consumption depends on the total installed power and operating schedule. For a reference layout using 24 × 1000W fixtures for 5 hours per night:
Daily consumption = 24 × 1kW × 5h = 120kWh
Monthly consumption = 120kWh × 30 days = approximately 3,600kWh
At an assumed electricity tariff of USD0.12/kWh, the reference monthly energy cost would be approximately USD432.
If a compatible, project-approved control configuration operates at full output for 2 hours and 60% output for the remaining 3 hours, consumption becomes approximately 91.2kWh per night—about 24% lower than continuous full-power operation. Actual savings depend on the ordered driver and control option, event schedule, measured input power and local electricity tariff.
For an accurate quotation and lighting proposal, provide at least eight inputs: field length and width, application and competition level, target average lux and uniformity, pole coordinates, mounting height, local voltage and frequency, required CCT/CRI, and daily operating schedule.
Also identify nearby homes or roads, camera or broadcast requirements, maximum ambient temperature, salt or corrosive exposure, wind conditions and control-system requirements. Sungreat Energy can then match the 200W–1200W models, 15°–120° optics and driver configuration to the project.
Before bulk production, the approved order should clearly state wattage, beam angle, voltage, driver option, accessories, inspection plan, spare-parts requirement, carton marks and acceptance documents. This reduces configuration mistakes, onsite sorting problems and additional high-mast installation work.
