Here are some routine work in our factory, including raw material, QA&QC team inspection, production line, WI(Working Instruction), 5S Management, ISO9001 management, and others. All the raw materials from our suppliers will be tested one by one so confirm the high and good performance of our products including battery, silicon, aluminum alloy body, controller, screws, nut, motion sensor, and so on, checking each part in detail. Meanwhile, we will train our workers in advance about how to assemble and work instructions to make sure they are familiar with products to improve efficiency and decrease failure. 5S and ISO-9001 management are necessary for our work and clients so that our employees can work in a clean, safe, non-polluted, comfortable temperature environment and be responsible for all the people.

When all products are assembled and finished, our QA&QC team will inspect them again to make sure they are near a 0% failure rate, and will not cause problems for clients. After inspection, products will be put in our warehouse to stock and ship according to the client’s requirements.
The last step in manufacturing a solar street light is connecting all of these components to one another. This is typically done with wires, but there are also wireless options available. Once everything is connected, the solar street light is ready to be installed in its final location!
